Solvability
N-methylacnene (NMP) is a powerful, non-congener solvent with excellent solubility, which can be mixed with water and most organic solvents (e.g., alcohol, ethers, esters, aromatics, etc.). It has excellent solubility for a variety of polymers, resins, dyes and inorganic salt, and is widely used in high-requirer formulations such as electron materials, platinum-batteries, photoresistants and high-molecule synthesis.
Advantages
Splendid.
- High Boiling Point, Low Vapour Pressure: NMP has a boiling point of about 202 ∘C, low vapour pressure at constant temperatures, so it is slow to evaporate.
- Low impact: NMP is clearly less active than commonly seen solvents such as acetone, ethanol, which is conducive to maintaining a stable solvent environment in the process of plastering or reaction.
Solution
- The solubility of polymers and resins is strong: NMP can effectively dissolve polypolythamine (PI), polysulphides (PPS), PVDF, polypropylene, polyurethane, polyester and high-molecular materials, which are commonly used in high-molecule synthesis, paint and electron material formulations.
- Broad solubility of organic matter: soluble most organic compounds, including dyes, pesticides, meso, aids, oils and multiple solvents, should also be used for extraction, cleaning and reaction.
- Solvability of inorganic matter: There is also some solubility for many salt and inorganic compounds, which can be used in electrolyte, detergent and special formulations.
Use Help
The ion cell makes the formula.
- Electro-slute solvents: mucous formulations used for the dissolved PVDF (polymerized difluoroethylene) and the mixing of active matter with the guidance of carbon black to produce an even amount of plaster.
- Painting program: NMP is running in the drying process, helping the electrodes to form a stable and dense structure after the slurry has been painted.
Semiconductor and display panel production
- Photoresistor (Stripper): For the latter part of the crystal cycle, the visible and engraved photoresist layer is fully dissolved and removed.
- Precision cleaning formula: Due to its extreme solubility, it is often used to clean polymer residue or other organic gestations on semiconductor components.
- Insulation paints and coatings: NMPs are used to dissolve high-temperature, high-temperature molecular resins such as polyamide (PI) in the face bread cover or insulation paint formulation of electrical parts.
Industrial cleaning agent
Add metals, plastics, equipment cleaning formulations to remove resin, ink, grease and solid coating.
Decontamination/spaint removal
Broadly used in paint detachants, coating lines, coatings and resin removal formulations to replace or combine traditional chlorinated solvents.
Painting, ink and polymers
- High-performance coating solvents: formulations used for high-fixing or high-temperature solidification coatings (e.g., epoxy, polyurethane, polyethylamide, etc.) help to dissolve resins and improve current and membrane formation.
- Inks and dye formulations: as inks, dyes, plaster solvents or co- solubles, increase color dispersion and adhesion.
- polymer processing and synthesis: polymers or process solvents for engineering plastics and fibers such as polypenthion ether (PPS), aromatic aromatics (e. g. Kevlar, Twaron).
Sticky, sealant.
- Sticky and encapsulated: A solvent or a tug of adhesive as a glue, sealant and plastic, which is used to dissolve resins such as polyurethane, acrylic acid and to adjust construction viscosity.
- Building coating and protective coatings: This should be used in formulations such as buildings, floors, corrosive coatings, etc., to provide slower-activation and deeper penetration.
Other industrial uses
- petrochemical extraction formulations: Formulas for solvents used in petrochemical processes for extracting and refining specific acetylene (e. g. 1,3-butadiene, acetylene, etc.).
- Bid and fabric processor: A surface treatment or transformation formulation for fabric, man-made leather etc., as a surface treatment solvent.
Security & Save Proposal
Save Condition
- Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, far from the open fire, high temperature and oxidizing material, and keep the container closed.
- It is recommended to use the original plant to close steel drums or exclusive packagings and to mark the name, hazard icons and batch numbers to avoid direct sunlight and high temperature exposure.
- The storage area should be equipped with leak-proof embankments, tarmacs and collection tanks, as well as adsorption and emergency washing equipment (eye washing, emergency shower).
Operation Environment
- Operate in a well-ventilated area only to avoid mass vapour generation caused by fog spray or heating.
- Avoid contact with the Oxygen reaction, and the operating system recommends that it closes down to good equipment to reduce direct exposure.
- Small-scale leakage can be absorbed by inert adsorption (sand, salvo soil) and placed in a closed container, which is handled by a qualified unit according to the hazardous waste code.
Transport advice
- In the transport process, the container should be kept closed to avoid dumping, damage and leakage, and it is recommended to use the original steel drum or a qualified IBC container to prevent leakage.
- Avoid co-loading with oxidizers or non-compatible chemicals (ships, cabinets) and as much as possible isolate from food and utensils.
- Transporters need to be equipped with basic fire-fighting equipment (e.g., dry powder fire extinguishers) and leaking materials (sortment, containers). Drivers and transporters need to be aware of NMP 's main hazards and adaptation steps.
