NPA n-propanol

Propropanol NPA (n-Propanol) is an aerobic solvent that is clear and transparent and typically smells of alcohol. As a form of Primary Alcohol, it has excellent power balance and solubility, is fully fusion with water and is soluble in most organic solvents. In industrial applications, NPA is an efficient option for improving product stability and processing performance.

In the electronics industry,NPA plays a crucial role, especially in high-precision production such as semi-conductor sealing, printing circuit board (PCB) assembly and photo panels manufacturingI don't know. NPA has a very low metal ion to PPT level, with a water level of PPM and meeting the Particle cleanliness requirement, usually as a formulation for high purity washing or photoresistor dilution, with core values balancing "solvability" with "dry speed".

Advantages

Relatively stable.Wave rate

The NPA is about 0.6 times faster than the IPA (isopropanol), which is a medium-speed-split solvent. A more stable evaporation process prevents surface temperature from falling and water condensing in the air from "water spots" or "painted membranes" on the surface of the base plate. In the case of automatic spraying or printing, NPA can keep wet for longer and provide a better levelling (Leveling) to make the coating more even.

Powerful penetration and cleansing

Low surface tension: NPA has a very low surface tension (approximately 23.8 mN/m) that can easily penetrate the micro-scale component cracks, dissolves thoroughly and removes hidden welding, saline or processed oil.

High solubility parameters: NPA has a higher solubility than ethanol for the cedar and synthetic resin that is common in the electron industry, ensuring that the cleaning base surface reachesIon contamination. The strict criteria.

Height Formula Compatibility

Good solubility: Perfectly mixed with water, ols, ethers, esters and a variety of carbon hydrate solvents are the preferred ingredients for adjusting high performance washing, photoretardants (EBR) and industrial ink.

Leather compatibility: especially membrane substances such as PVB (polyethylene vinyl vinyl vinyl) and Ethylene, which are suitable for solubility, can increase the adhesiveness and stability of paint.

Excellent chemical stability and solubility

It is fully soluble with most organic solvents, such as alcohol, ether, benzene, etc., making formulations more dynamic and chemically stable, easily stored and transported over long distances.

Safety and damage reduction

Safety: NPA flashpoints (about 23°C) are higher than ethanol and IPAs, and can effectively reduce fire and explosive risks in storage, transport and large-scale cycling systems, meeting the requirements of modern plants for safe production.

Reducing the waste of solvents: Natural damage in the open cleaning tanks is much lower than IPA because of the right speed of the process, which can effectively reduce the cost of raw materials acquisition and reduce emissions of VOCs.

Use Help

Semiconductor and electrical industries

  • Welding: Dissolved sMT welded fragrances and grease.
  • Microcoding: Using low surface tension characteristics to clean the small gap at the bottom of the BGA, chip seal.
  • Dry without scratch: steady, dry and without water marks or residues on the surface.
  • LCD/OLED Cleaning: Surface treatment for monitor glass panels and luminous tablets to remove trace organic pollutants.
  • Photoresistor dilution (EBR): As a edge washing or photoresistor solubility, improves the clarity of the boundary.
  • Interfacing: Handle metal stubs before sealing or geling, strengthen and stick, and prevent layering.
  • Dilution of voltage: Adjusting the viscosity of silver or other voltage and increasing the accuracy of the glue.

General industrial use

  • Packaging and printing:
    • Soft/dunk oil ink soluble: adjusts the dryness and fluency of printing ink to prevent ink ink ink and drying up during high-speed printing.
    • Cleaning of the printed roller, dry ink on the print.
  • Painting and surface treatment:
    • Industrial coating solvents: The use of wood coatings, plastic coatings to improve the flatness of the membranes and to prevent the "white" phenomenon of environmental moisture.
    • Decorator composition: Crushing and relaxing the old coatings and increasing the varnishing efficiency.
  • Chemical synthesis and middle:
    • Medical synthesis: for the production of antibiotics such as erythronin or as a crystall solution in medical reactions.

    • Laboratory test: Standard solution for analytical testing and chemical experiments.

Security & Save Proposal

Save Condition

  • Environment Temperature Control: Should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated fire warehouse. Distance from sources of fire, heat sources (e.g. direct sunlight or high temperature walls).
  • Packaging requirements: Packagings must be kept intact and sealed to prevent water absorption (nPA is water-friendly) and solution. It is recommended to use carbon steel drums that are not coated with steel drums or that are protected against corruption.
  • Ban on appliance isolation: Co-exist with stronger oxidizers (e.g., high acrylic acids, peroxides), acids and molybdenums are strictly prohibited in order to prevent a dramatic chemical reaction.
  • (b) The storage area should be equipped with electrostatic and blast-proof lighting systems.

Operate environmental and operational advice

  • Ventilation systems: Operating the environment with a local ventilator or a good overall ventilation to ensure that the NPA is below the legal standard in the air.
  • Personal protection (PPE):
    • Respiratory protection: If the environment is more dense, it should be equipped with an ethanol filter.
    • Hand protection: suggest a Nitrile or chemical protective gloves.
    • Eye protection: With chemical protection spray safety glasses.
  • Safe Operating Standards
    • It is strictly forbidden to smoke, eat or use open fire on the ground.
    • The speed of currents should be controlled when filled or dumped, and it should do so to prevent static accumulation from sparkling.
    • The operation should be followed by a thorough hand-washing and replacement of contaminated clothing.

Transport advice

  • Transport regulations: IMDG, IATA, and national road transport security laws.
  • UN Number: UN 1274
  • Transport name: n-propanol (n-PROPANOL)
  • Packing type: II (medium-risk)
  • Vehicle requirements: Transport vehicles should be equipped with visible dangerous brands, fire-fighting equipment (e.g. dry powder or soluble foam fire extinguishers) and links.
  • In the summer, transport should avoid high temperatures (recommended for morning or evening) and be careful of sunscreening.
  • The car should be equipped with sand or adsorbing cotton to prevent access to sewers or water sources in case of sudden leakage.
